Job summary

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton providing drywall repair and finish work in occupied commercial buildings across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

The team works with patching, texture matching, taping, and finish work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers. A valid California driver’s license is required to operate in various job sites.

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Drywall repair and finish work in occupied commercial buildings: patching, texture matching, taping, and the finish work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers. Clean, quiet work around tenants who are still in the building.

What We're Looking For

• Taping and finishing to Level 4 or Level 5.
• Texture matching on existing walls.
• Metal stud framing.
• Painting to match.
• Working clean in occupied space.
• Valid California driver's license.

NICE TO HAVE

• Commercial punch-list experience.
• Acoustic ceiling work.
