Holladay Properties is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician I to support building systems, safety compliance, and tenant services at our Indiana sites. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and on-call duties to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs, installs, replaces and maintains machinery, electrical fixtures, plumbing and building systems.
• Complies with life safety codes and OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Performs preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Provides on-call coverage on a rotational basis.
• Reads blueprints and understands life safety, fire control and security systems.
• Interacts with tenants and the public in a professional manner.
• Maintains logs and enters work orders for management review.
• Operates hand and power tools and basic equipment safely.
• Prepares reports and supports building operations as needed.
