Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Building Services team. You will perform hands-on repairs across industrial, office, medical, and retail properties in the Valley, focusing on safety, functionality, and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct suite turnover work and prepare time and materials estimates.
• Respond to work orders and tenant service requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
• Operate safely with proper protective equipment and maintain organized tools and work areas.
• Receive, update, and close work orders in CPI's maintenance system and communicate with tenants and managers.
