Pop-Up Talent in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair commercial properties. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on safety, functionality, and tenant comfort.

You will perform routine service requests, inspections, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and space reconfigurations. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, time management, and ethical work practices are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills with tenants and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct monthly building inspections, including elevator and fire systems.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains).
• Execute minor painting projects (surface preparation, applying paints and finishes).
• Handle basic carpentry tasks (door installation, lock fitting).
• Reconfigure office spaces and furniture as needed.
