• Manage team workload by delegating and guiding branch Commercial Loan Administration staff.

Job description

Support, act as a liaison to, and advise Consumer and Commercial Loan Officers and Senior Lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, from pre-approval through loan closing and ongoing loan maintenance.

Manage team workload by delegating and providing guidance to other members of branch Commercial Loan Administration team.

Proactively manage, organize, and maintain the commercial loan pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely updates without prompting.

Collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers, taking ownership of processes to ensure smooth and timely workflow management.

Utilize multiple systems to track, order, create and maintain a variety of files (commercial -- both large and small businesses), records and databases.

Demonstrate ability to complete cross-departmental projects, driving results with a proactive, self-directed approach.

Conduct relationship activities consistent with Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulation.
