Job summary

Citizens Business Bank in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist II to perform routine to moderate clerical duties within the Mid Office Operations Center. You will analyze boarding data, maintain credit facilities in the loan system, and process routine commercial loan/lease transactions with customer visibility.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of loan servicing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and mainframe loan systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; and a minimum 3 years loan servicing experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Board all loan, leases, commitments, SWAPs, mortgage pools, letters of credit, participations/syndications, SBA loans, and related collateral.
• Fund all loans and maintenance transactions; process next-day callbacks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide The Citizens Experience to customers.
• Prepare payoff requests and respond to research requests.
