UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist II to perform post-closing review of commercial loans, including PMI, CRE, and complex lending structures. You will validate documents, interpret loan policies, and resolve exceptions while coordinating with loan officers and partners.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, accuracy, and deep knowledge of loan structures, with a focus on consistent, compliant documentation and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of loan experience (consumer or commercial).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and inquisitive by nature.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex loan approvals and policies.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and loan structure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Determine loan documents conformance with approval, regulation, established policies and procedures.
• Interpret business organization documents.
• Independently identify exceptions during the review process and load to exception system.
• Research and resolve exceptions with the goal to remove exception.
• Manage Bank's collateral in vendor platform.
• Handle inquiries from internal business partners.
• Act as a resource sharing knowledge and expertise with members of the dept.
• Communicate with loan officers, internal business partners, third parties, etc.
• Track receipt of incoming original documents.
