Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support the Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS) Specialty Servicing Group.

The role demands analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex servicing scenarios while delivering high-quality client service and operational support. You will analyze servicing requests, partner with internal stakeholders, perform reconciliations, evaluate non-routine transactions, escalate issues, and drive process

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations, Loan Servicing, or a related banking environment.
Experience with commercial lending products and servicing processes.
Experience supporting specialty lending products or complex servicing functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Support operational activities across specialty servicing portfolios with accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze complex servicing requests to identify risks and resolutions.
Partner with business partners and lines of business to support client needs.
Perform and review reconciliations supporting financial and operational integrity.
Evaluate non-routine transactions using sound judgment.
Escalate issues to maintain operational controls.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and risk management.
