Job summary

Five Star Bank seeks a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Rancho Cordova, CA to manage booking, disbursement, and ongoing administration for SBA 7(a) loans. You will work with the loan servicing team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SBA and investor guidelines.

You will handle data entry, file setup in ncino, balance and payment reviews, collateral maintenance, and customer communications, while meeting deadlines in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial loans servicing.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows and scanning.
• Ability to manage competing demands and adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Book all new, renewed and modified loans on the core processing system.
• Set up new and renewed loan files for ncino loan servicing system.
• Add and maintain collateral and related information.
• Perform loan maintenances and review payments for accuracy.
• Maintain SBA requirements on portfolio loans.
• Process daily workflow to ensure quality, timeliness and compliance.
• Data entry, data maintenance and data updates for loan servicing.
• Handle line of credit advances and daily monetary entries.
• Respond to internal and external customer questions about loans.
