Job summary

Axos Bank in San Diego seeks a Commercial Loan Servicing support specialist to handle day-to-day processing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will process loan modifications, manage invoices via Oracle, review loan documents, and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate core-system data.

The role requires 1+ years in loan servicing, strong communication, and detail orientation. This is a fully onsite position with standard business hours, and the team offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in loan servicing.
• Strong customer service and operations acumen.
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task/prioritize work effectively.
• MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fully onsite position in San Diego, CA.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No relocation assistance available. Local San Diego candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Process loan modifications in the core system
• Initiate invoice processing through Oracle for the business unit
• Review financial documents and loan agreements
• Complete daily/monthly clearing account general ledger reconciliations
• Process loan advances and Draws for supported lending groups
• Process loan payments
• Boarding loans into Core Systems
• Escrow disbursements
• Loan reconciliations and rate adjustments, ensure accuracy in the core system
• Board and track loan insurance
• Loan document storage and recall
• Prepare loan payoff requests and subsequent processing
• Other priorities as needed within Commercial Lending Operations
