Onity is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager for Commercial Servicing in Florida. You will provide customer-focused support for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including research requests, covenant monitoring, and delinquency resolution.

The role emphasizes professionalism and adherence to investor servicing guidelines. Key duties include handling inbound calls, performing outreach campaigns, documenting servicing activity, and assisting with tax, insurance, and escrow tasks

• College degree preferred; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Experience in call center or high-volume customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for calls related to the commercial loan portfolio.
• Support delinquency resolution, document collection, and surveillance.
• Maintain professionalism and respond to borrower inquiries promptly.
• Perform daily customer service activities including loan payment inquiries and repayment options.
• Assist Portfolio Manager with surveillance activities and servicing tasks.
• Identify operational issues and escalate as needed.
