Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager for Commercial Servicing to deliver professional customer service and active portfolio support for a commercial loan portfolio.

The role collaborates with Portfolio Managers on borrower research requests, covenant monitoring, and delinquency resolution. The position requires handling calls, reviewing loan documents, and performing servicing tasks such as tax, insurance, escrow analysis, and record maintenance.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer-facing role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for all incoming calls related to the commercial loan portfolio.
• Participate in outgoing calls to Borrowers for delinquency resolution, document collection, and property surveillance.
• Assist with repayment options and collect loan documentation.
• Support Portfolio Manager in tax, insurance, escrow, and surveillance tasks.
• Review loan documents and servicing records to determine requirements and support issue resolution.
• Process routine servicing transactions and update borrower information.
• Maintain accurate loan data in servicing systems and coordinate with internal departments.
