Qualifications

• Word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and bank information.
• Basic mathematical skills up to fractions and reliable data entry.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan documentation; prepare and order docs.
• Assemble and scan commercial loan files; upload loans into core system.
• Process payments and advances; monitor insurance docs and UCC filings.
• Maintain collateral tracking and send paid-off loan correspondences.
• Close and organize loan files; provide service via in-person, phone, and email.
