Job summary

WNB Financial NA is seeking a Loan Processor to assemble and process commercial loan files, upload loans into the core system, and finalize closings. The role also handles payments and advances, maintains collateral tracking, and prepares client communications while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Regular duties include file maintenance, responding to client inquiries, and organizing loan documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with emphasis in business coursework required.
• Associate’s Degree with accounting or business emphasis preferred.
• A minimum of 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience within the banking industry required.
• Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential client and Bank information.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan documentation; prepare and order loan documents; assemble loan files.
• Upload new loans, renewals, and participations into core system; process payments and advances; monitor collateral tracking.
• Close and organize loan files; provide service in person, via phone, and email.
• Assist with training and development opportunities as required.
