Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with business coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience in banking required.
• Courteous and professional customer service attitude; strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer function, typing and data entry skills; strong organization and follow-up.
• Ability to work under time pressure and with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan documentation.
• Process payments and advances; update collateral tracking.
• Close and organize loan files; provide service in person, on the telephone, and via e-mail.
• Assist clients with inquiries and problem resolution.
