• Minimum 3 years LaserPro commercial experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare loan documents for closing of commercial loans.
• Review credit files and determine additional documentation needs.
• Balance transactions by verifying wires and preparing ledger tickets.
• Coordinate closings with lenders, customers, and title companies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with loan servicing receptionist duties and visitor log.
