Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. The role partners with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate and compliant processing.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in financial services and 2 years in loan processing, with an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 2 years of experience working in loan processing.
• Associate degree or higher as specified or two years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in origination and documentation systems.
• Collect and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, taxes, etc.).
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, and disbursement details.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book transactions to core system and process funding and post-close actions.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.
