Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Closing Specialist in Charleston, SC to manage loan documentation and support the funding process. You will review files, verify documents, conduct UCC searches, and coordinate with underwriting, sales, and accounting throughout closing and funding.

Applicants should have strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with CRM systems and MS Office, and preferably commercial lending experience.

• Experience with CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Commercial lending or loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of business loans, lines of credit, or alternative lending products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
