Job summary

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor II to support the loan origination process, handling processing, funding, servicing, file maintenance, and QA of commercial loans. You will assist members with business loan inquiries, coordinate closings, and collaborate with lenders, underwriters and staff to ensure accurate, timely loan processing.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of commercial loan documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial loan documentation and processing workflows.
• Two to three years of related experience preferred.
• Familiar with LaserPro and SBA processing is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan documents for purchases, renewals, modifications and term changes.
• Coordinate loan closings with lenders and title companies.
• Assist in collecting upfront loan fees from member borrowers.
• Fund and book loans via the data systems at closing.
• Produce monthly reports for senior management on production and loan closings.
