Job summary

Minnwest Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Advanced Loan Operations Specialist to support our loan staff with precise, timely processing. You will create documentation, board loans, perform loan maintenance, and manage ticklers using the bank's core and loan processing systems.

This is a customer-focused, back-of-house role requiring strong communication, collaboration with bankers across locations, and adherence to regulatory requirements to ensure a great customer experience and loan

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of loan operations experience preferred.
• Dependability and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and in person).
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring loans through established workflows.
• Preparing, reviewing, and uploading loan documentation.
• Maintaining loan information within the bank's core and documentation systems.
• Processing loan transactions, payments, payoffs, and verifications.
• Ordering and reviewing title work and appraisals.
• Researching and resolving loan system errors or discrepancies.
• Assist with loan audits.
• Maintain knowledge of system enhancements and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with lenders and other departments to provide responsive support.
• Other duties as assigned.
