Responsibilities

• Create new loan files as needed.
• Update existing loan files as new information is presented.
• Maintain tracking of loan files locations.
• Retrieve loan files for associates and auditors.
• Destroy loan files according to a retention schedule.
• File and retain system reports for management and destroy per retention policy.
• Maintain and order needed supplies for department.
• Adhere to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
• Deliver a high level of service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
