Responsibilities

• Update existing loan files as new information is presented.
• Maintain tracking of loan files locations.
• Retrieve loan files for associates and auditors.
• Destroy loan files according to an established retention schedule.
• File and retain system reports for management and destroy according to retention schedule.
• Maintain and order needed supplies for department.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
