Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience normally required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-closing duties: verify required documentation on checklists.
• Post-closing duties: review and clear exceptions, support QA and post-closing.
• Maintain closed loan lists and ensure on-time bookings for senior management.
