Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking, clerical or loan processing experience.
• Knowledge of internal policies and relevant laws/regulations governing loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report non-compliance with procedures, policy, and regulations in loan files.
• Review and draft loan documents, ensuring authorized signers and resolutions are correct.
• Analyze loan write-ups and apply terms to document production.
• Coordinate with loan officers and processors to obtain missing information and communicate status.
