Job summary

First International Bank & Trust is seeking a Loan Documentation Review Specialist to join our Loan Operations team. This role focuses on reviewing attorney-prepared loan documentation to ensure it reflects approved credit terms and complies with bank policy.

You will prepare in-house loan documents using LaserPro and verify signing authority. You will also review corporate documents to confirm governance requirements and support complex commercial, CRE, and agricultural loan terms and

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing attorney-prepared loan documentation.
• Associate's degree and 4+ years in loan documentation or related field.
• Knowledge of commercial lending documentation and terms.

Responsibilities

• Review attorney-prepared loan documentation for alignment with credit terms and bank policy.
• Prepare loan document packages reflecting approved terms and bank policy, including notes and mortgages.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Develop expertise in Reserve Based Lending documentation and support for RBL relationships.
