Responsibilities

• Prepares closing documentation for Commercial Loan requests.
• Prepares modifications for loan transactions including those documented by outside counsel.
• Produces closing documents for complex collateral and specialized transactions.
• Prepares commitment letters and closing documents for various loan types including SBA and letters of credit.
• Consults with Relationship Managers on loan structure and documentation requirements.
• Assists less experienced staff with questions and related tasks.
• Actively participates in risk management as per policy.
