Your morning starts by triaging a shared pipeline—new business loan requests, upcoming closings, and time-sensitive document fixes—then mapping the day around deadlines. You’ll spend focused blocks building and double-checking document sets, pausing to confirm signature authority details and to follow up on title and flood items. Midday often includes coordinating with a title company on closing timing and funding logistics, while keeping Commercial Bankers in the loop on what’s ready and what’s pending. Between tasks, you’ll update the core system, file and scan documents, and respond to phone/email questions so nothing stalls. You wrap up by reconciling what closed, what needs follow-up, and what’s queued for tomorrow—leaving the portfolio clean, current, and audit-ready.
