Job summary

Origin Bank is hiring for an administrative/clerical support role within the Commercial/Market Relationship Management teams. You will coordinate loan closings and liaise with attorneys, appraisers and internal departments to meet deadlines.

You’ll maintain customer files, support Relationship Bankers/Managers, and assist with daily customer contact, service, and cross-sell opportunities. A high school diploma and lending experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in commercial lending support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of loan closings with attorneys, appraisers and other outside professionals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan documents are prepared on time.
• Assimilate, file and distribute financial and collateral documentation after loan closure.
• Organize and maintain customer files to aid Relationship Banker/Manager in portfolio management.
• Serve as client relationship representative, listening, researching and advising as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services; assist with daily customer contact and servicing.
• Provide support to commercial/business relationship managers for collateral and financial statement tracking.
