Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, with a preference for commercial loan experience.

Responsibilities

• Review approved credit requests to identify required pre-close conditions and due diligence needs.
• Order and review due diligence items (Title Commitments, UCC searches, Flood determinations, insurance proofs, surveys, entity documents, appraisals, env assessments, Good Standing, Beneficial Ownership).
• Ensure due diligence items are received and reviewed for loan document creation and lien perfection.
• Submit loan details to Doc Prep team for closing documentation.
• Coordinate with approved attorneys to prepare/close loan documents.
• Schedule closing dates with attorneys, title companies, customers, CRM, and LOA.
• Review draft closing documents and settlement statements for accuracy.
• Provide final approval to close once conditions are satisfied.
• Verify executed documents and forward to Loan Servicing for booking.
• Ensure supporting documentation is loaded to CreditLens or imaging system.
• Assist with initial loan disbursement at closing as second required signature.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients with urgency.
