Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan closing integrity and conformity to credit approvals and bank policies.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing documents with the Commercial Associate Banker.
• Manage closing portfolio for Commercial loans with sound risk practices.
• Prepare LaserPro and other closing documents per department standards.
• Discuss issues with manager or legal counsel to develop solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
