Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Ohio seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Specialist responsible for ensuring the integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, and booking for assigned Commercial loans.

You will coordinate closing activities, review documents with outside counsel, prepare LaserPro and modification documents, and ensure preconditions are met, adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years banking or lending experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and loan documentation a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, loan booking and closing files for Commercial loans.
• Coordinate closing portfolio and ensure pre-closing items and conditions are met.
• Review loan documents with outside counsel to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare LaserPro and other closing documents per department standards and document modifications.
• Assist in presenting issues to management or legal for strategies and solutions.
