Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Previous office related experience required.
• Minimum of two years relevant banking experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and loan documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains loan closing integrity and file accuracy for commercial loans.
• Coordinates due diligence, document collection and review with the Commercial Associate Banker.
• Ensures loan terms comply with credit approval and bank policies.
• Prepares LaserPro closing documents and other required documentation.
• Reviews documents with outside counsel to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Updates loan docs when modifications are needed and coordinates closing preconditions.
