Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Specialist responsible for the integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, loan booking and closing files for assigned customers and Commercial loans.

You will ensure loan structures conform to credit approvals and bank policies, gather pre-closing items, prepare LaserPro documents, and coordinate with counsel to finalize closing.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending documentation a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in various stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage closing portfolio for Commercial loans.
• Prepare LaserPro and other closing documents.
• Coordinate closing with outside counsel to ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
• Ensure all preconditions to closing are met prior to closing.
• Review loan documents and support credit/modification processes.
• Assist in data collection from internal sources and external lending institutions.
