Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years or more of banking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and borrower information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan closing files are complete and accurate.
• Review documents and coordinate with Commercial Associate Banker on due diligence.
• Prepare LaserPro and closing documents per department standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closing portfolio for Commercial loans under sound risk practices.
• Identify and mitigate exceptions to credit approvals and closing conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with customers and staff.
