Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years relevant banking experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and loan documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan closing documents and files comply with credit approvals and bank policies.
• Coordinate due diligence and pre-closing items with Commercial Associate Banker.
• Prepare LaserPro and other closing documents; ensure terms are incorporated.
• Review documents and work with outside counsel to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify all preconditions to closing are met prior to closing.
• Coordinate closing portfolio for Commercial loans with sound risk and credit practices.
