Job summary

WesBanco seeks a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to manage closing, due diligence, and booking for commercial loans. You will assemble and review documents, coordinate with lenders, and ensure all conditions to close are met in line with bank policies.

The role requires at least two years in banking and familiarity with LaserPro or similar documentation systems. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years relevant banking experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and loan documentation a plus.
• Prior LaserPro or similar loan documentation software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan closing integrity, due diligence, documentation, loan booking and closing files for commercial loans.
• Coordinate with Commercial Associate Banker to obtain and review due diligence documents.
• Ensure compliance with credit approvals and bank policies for closing requirements.
• Prepare closing documents and modification documents per policy.
• Work with outside counsel to ensure completeness and accuracy of documents.
• Identify and mitigate exceptions during the closing process.
