Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a detail-oriented professional to produce commercial loan documents using Laser Pro and prepare closing packages for approved loans. You will work with the Loan Edit team to ensure accuracy and timeliness, assist executives and lenders, and support customer needs while upholding policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to multi-task under deadlines in a busy banking environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Horizon loan system.
• Knowledge of AccuAccount scanning system.
• Understanding of daily loan operations.
• General understanding of BancFirst products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
• Outstanding listening and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Detail oriented with good multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work well under stress and deadlines.
• Attendance and punctuality as essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Produce commercial loan documents using Laser Pro.
• Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loans.
• Collaborate with Loan Edit staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist Bank President and Commercial Lenders as needed.
• Assist customers and ensure compliance with BancFirst policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
