Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a driven professional to manage the integrity of commercial loan closings, due diligence, and documentation. The role ensures that loan structures conform to credit approvals and bank policies, coordinating with associates and legal counsel to finalize closing files.

Responsibilities include assembling due diligence, preparing LaserPro closing documents, and ensuring preconditions are met before closing, while maintaining strict compliance with regulations and Bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years relevant banking experience preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro or similar loan documentation software a plus.
• Capitalstream experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respect the Bank's mission and ensure closing standards are met.
• Review due diligence items and report deficiencies such as title commitments, flood determinations, and UCC searches.
• Assist in data collection from internal sources and other lending institutions for compliance.
• Coordinate closing for commercial loans and manage risk per policy.
• Review documents with outside counsel to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare loan modification documents in line with credit policy.
