Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Loan Booking & Servicing Specialist to fund, book, and service loans within a high‑risk, high‑productivity environment. You will book loans to FISERV, create CIFs, and ensure accurate debits/credits to the general ledger.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of FISERV and nCino, and strong detail, time management, and organizational skills across loan operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of commercial booking and/or servicing experience.
• Strong ability to post and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ability to research posting issues and find resolutions.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Fund, book, and service loans in a high‑risk, high‑productivity environment.
• Book new, renewed, or modified loans to FISERV and create CIF.
• Disburse loan proceeds and record debits/credits to GL.
• Balance at end of day and monitor servicing inbox and Pathway.
• Initiate and/or approve wire requests and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain procedures, templates, and knowledge of loan policies.
• Provide back‑up within the Loan Operations Area as needed.
