Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial booking or servicing experience.
• Expertise posting to and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Ability to research posting issues and resolve them.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office apps.
• Ability to learn new bank systems and functionality.
• Strong detail orientation, time management, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Book new, renewed, or modified loans to FISERV.
• Disburse loan proceeds and enter debits/credits to the GL.
• Create CIF and verify required information.
• Balance at the end of each day.
• Monitor servicing requests and process payoffs or rate changes.
• Maintain procedures and templates for tasks.
