Qualificações

• 3–5 years of commercial booking and/or servicing experience.
• Exceptional skills posting to and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Ability to research posting issues and find resolutions.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to learn new systems and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Complete tasks in a timely manner and book loans to the system.
• Create CIF and verify information for loan files.
• Disburse loan proceeds and record debits/credits to GL.
• Validate ticklers in ncino where applicable.
• Perform quality reviews and balance at day end.
• Initiate and/or approve loan wires and monitor servicing inbox.
• Monitor reports for loan adjustments and input index changes daily.
• Create, update, and maintain procedures and templates for tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and loan policies.
