Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Commercial Loan Booking & Servicing Specialist in Plano, TX to fund, book, and service loans in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires meticulous data entry, daily balancing, and accurate ledger postings within FISERV and nCino systems. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of commercial booking/servicing experience, strong knowledge of general ledger processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must possess 3–5 years of commercial booking and/or servicing experience.
• Must have exceptional skills posting to and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft applications.
• Ability to learn new systems and understand additional bank system functionality.
• Must possess exceptional detail, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Completion of all tasks in a timely manner.
• Book new, renewed, or modified loans to FISERV.
• Create the Customer Information File (CIF) and verify the appropriate information.
• Disburse loan proceeds and make the appropriate debit and credit entries to general ledger account.
• Validate ticklers are in nCino, if applicable.
• Perform quality review of your work.
• Initiate and/or approve wire requests.
• Balance at the end of the day.
• Monitor Servicing Inbox/Pathway for servicing/maintenance requests including payments, rate changes, billing, and payoff requests.
• Monitor various reports to ensure proper adjustment/conversion of loans.
• Input index changes to FISERV and Laser Pro daily.
• Create, update, and maintain procedures and templates/forms for all tasks performed in this position.
