Sunflower Bank, N.A. in California is seeking a Commercial Loan Booking & Servicing Specialist. The role funds, books, and services loans in a high-risk, high-productivity environment, using FISERV and nCino systems.

This full-time position offers hourly pay between $30.00 and $45.00, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and location, with opportunities to grow within loan operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of commercial booking and/or servicing experience.
• Must have exceptional skills posting to and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Must possess the ability to research posting issues and find resolutions.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Book new, renewed, or modified loans to FISERV.
• Create the CIF and verify information.
• Disburse loan proceeds and enter debits/credits to GL.
• Validate ticklers in ncino, if applicable.
• Perform quality review of work.
• Handle wire requests.
• Balance at end of day.
• Monitor servicing inbox/pathway for servicing requests.
• Input index changes to FISERV daily.
• Maintain procedures and templates for tasks.
