Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of commercial loan booking/servicing experience, strong GL reconciliation skills, and proficiency with FISERV and nCino. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial booking/servicing experience.
• Ability to research posting issues and find resolutions.
• Knowledge of FISERV and nCino systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional detail, time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete all tasks in a timely manner.
• Book loans to FISERV (new, renewed, or modified).
• Create CIF and verify information.
• Disburse loan proceeds and enter debits/credits to GL.
• Balance at the end of the day and monitor servicing requests.
• Input index changes to FISERV daily and maintain procedures.
