Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of credit or customer service experience in the financial services industry.
• Commercial loan experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and other partners.
• Support new and renewed loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking information required for accurate risk assessment and underwriting: UCC searches, appraisals, environmental assessments, Know Your Customer, survey, leases, organizational documents, applicable insurance, beneficial ownership, OFAC.
• Assist with preparation of written communication on behalf of the CRM to include commitment letters, term sheets, thank you notes, etc.
• Complete the Credit Lens Loan Worksheet and coordinate with final approval documents.
• Assist CRM by monitoring reporting and identifying actions needed, including maturities, auto-renew letters of credit, insurance, and real estate taxes.
• Provide outstanding service and respond to requests from internal and external customers.
• Collect customer financial statements and load to Credit Lens.
• Collaborate on loan closings; collect executed documents and submit.
• Submit customer maintenance requests to Loan Operations for completion.
• Transfer and assign notes and coordinate ongoing disbursement requests.
• Complete Post-Close tasks in Credit Lens and manage WIP files.
• Resolve critical and material exceptions; participate in compliance and training programs as assigned.
• Adhere to corporate policies; maintain professionalism and service mindset.
• Take ownership of other duties as assigned.
