Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a prestigious Denver law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal. You will support sophisticated commercial and civil litigation matters from case development through trial, collaborating with attorneys and fellow paralegals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation, strong docketing and discovery management skills, and familiarity with state and federal filing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of substantive litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong background in commercial or complex civil litigation.
• Experience supporting litigation from discovery through trial.
• Proficiency with state and federal court filing procedures, docketing, and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys handling complex commercial and civil matters.
• Draft, prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other filings.
• Manage state and federal court filings, ensuring compliance with court rules.
• Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and oversee docketing.
• Prepare Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, and perform cite checking/Bluebook formatting.
• Coordinate discovery, including document collection, organization, review, and production.
• Assist with deposition preparation, exhibit management, and trial prep.
