Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing all phases of large-scale, complex litigation.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, certifications, and work experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Defense experience and ability to track/record billable time; must meet 1,450 hours annually.
• Commercial litigation or class action experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and Westlaw; strong legal technology skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities; ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary case manager through intake to appeal, including document productions and ensuring trial readiness.
• Docket and calculate deadlines; research and interpret court rules across jurisdictions.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and manage large-scale document productions using Relativity.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with accuracy.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness materials, and PowerPoint slides.
• Finalize briefs with thorough cite checking and Bluebook adherence; assemble exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation strategy in complex matters.
• Develop and maintain case workflows and checklists for high-volume, multi-party matters.
