Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Civil litigation background.
• Experience managing multiple matters and deadlines.
• Strong legal research and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support: research statutes, draft and revise motions and briefs.
• Assist with court filings and calendar management.
• Review transcripts and case materials for issues.
• Coordinate filings with state, county, and federal courts while meeting deadlines.
• Organize exhibits and support hearing/trial preparation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across cases.
