Job summary

Arbella 56 Group is seeking a Team Lead in the Commercial Lines Department to support customers and team members across Massachusetts and Connecticut, ideally located in Fall River or Norwood, MA. This role involves effectively managing workflows and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, especially with small to mid-markets.
• Knowledge of Commercial quoting and remarketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support team and customers across MA and CT, ensuring effective workload management.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and agency teams.
• Conduct data collection and analysis on service metrics.
