Job summary

Arbella Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support clients across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This role involves processing applications, maintaining knowledge of coverage changes, and liaising between clients and carriers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in commercial lines insurance and a relevant degree or experience. This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Current MA or CT Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
• Working knowledge of insurance forms, coverage and rating.

Responsibilities

• Process complete applications and loss summaries.
• Maintain current knowledge of forms, coverage changes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers.

Skills

Commercial Lines insurance experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Agency Management Systems

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance or Marketing
